At therapy with Fisa, you can choose either face-to-face and/or online therapy, to adapt therapy to your current lifestyle.

We’re based in Casula 2170. If you’re nearby, you can access face to face appointments quite easily if you are up for the travel/drive.

At Therapy with Fisa, we offer a supportive space to explore these challenges with curiosity and care. Just one hour of one-on-one support can help give space to the struggles we can share with no other person, the thoughts that keep us awake, and the emotions that threaten spill over into spaces they’re not meant for.

Our approach integrates psychodynamic therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help you gain deeper insight into your emotional patterns, thoughts, behaviours, and inner voice/ dialogue. Together, we’ll work to better understand your unique experiences and needs, allowing you to develop the tools to navigate your life’s complexities with greater awareness and clarity.

The Therapy Space

I love designing a fresh and cosy feeling to my therapy room. In the day time you can expect natural light to stream through the large window, a few plants, the diffuser on with a nice and calming smell - I prefer jasmine, lavender, lemon grass, or eucalyptus essential oils. I’m happy to change these on request! In the evening times I have options of lamps and of course the overhead light as well; I’m always looking for new things to spruce up my therapy room!

3 Sessions Bundle is a great starting point for those who are willing to put in their time to try therapy. A 1 hour session goes much too quickly, with 3 sessions you are guaranteeing yourself an opportunity to adjust to this experience (which at first will not feel ‘normal’) and give this new and exciting chapter a proper go.
