You can choose either face-to-face and/or online therapy, to adapt therapy to your current lifestyle. We’re based in Casula 2170! So if you live in Sydney, you can access face to face appointments quite easily if you are up for the travel/drive!

The Therapy Space
I love designing a fresh and cosy feeling to my therapy room. In the day time you can expect natural light to stream through the large window, a few plants, the diffuser on with a nice and calming smell - I prefer jasmine, lavender, lemon grass, or eucalyptus essential oils. I’m happy to change these on request! In the evening times I have options of lamps and of course the overhead light as well.always looking for new things to add to spruce up my room, I’m hoping in the near future to add some wall art as well!

Face-to-face sessions are great to establish our relationship as a client and therapist dynamic. This means that you get a better sense of how I communicate with you, and you with me!
A lot of the communication that takes place in therapy is actually non-verbal, so our brains pick up on cues from our body, our micro expressions, and more. Having the opportunity to do a few face to face session can create a better sense of comfort, safety and familiarity that can be very beneficial to your therapy process.
Not to mention, working together with physical resources, cards, brainstorming on a whiteboard together, or writing out a timeline, or a family-tree can be all extremely easy to do when we’re in a space together!
I also have fidget tools available to play with while you’re speaking, to make sure there’s some way for you to somatically stay busy, which can help ground yourself as you speak about something that may be overwhelming.

3 Sessions Bundle!
3 Sessions Bundle is a great starting point for those who are willing to put in their time to try therapy. A 1 hour session goes much too quickly, with 3 sessions you are guaranteeing yourself an opportunity to adjust to this experience (which at first will not feel ‘normal’) and give this new and exciting chapter a proper go.
