A Little About Therapy

Therapy is not just about talking—it’s about stepping into who you are becoming, who you want to be, all the while accepting who you are.

Whether you're dealing with stress, anxiety, relationship challenges, diagnosed conditions, or struggling to find a positive direction in your life, I will work with you to develop practical tools that foster long-term emotional well-being.

We believe that everyone deserves a space where they can be heard without judgment, and where their unique experiences are honoured. Your journey is important, and YOU are important.

If you want to find out more about therapy and it’s benefits, have a read here “Why Therapy?

Our approach integrates psychodynamic therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help you gain deeper insight into your emotional patterns, thoughts, behaviours, and inner voice/ dialogue.

We’re always open to more modalities that you may find will work better for you, so please suggest any modalities you feel will be a good fit and we will take the initiative to grow and receive training for it.

3 Sessions Bundle is a great starting point for those who are willing to put in their time to try therapy. A 1 hour session goes much too quickly, with 3 sessions you are guaranteeing yourself an opportunity to adjust to this experience (which at first will not feel ‘normal’) and give this new and exciting chapter a proper go.
