We learn, grow and build mental and cognitive connection more efficiently in social settings! Often times these experiences create a more positive association with the task or skill we’re learning about and create a sense of solidarity and unity for our community. Mindfulness Workshops
Our ‘Express with Watercolours - Mindfulness Workshop’ is a guided workshop that provides the tools and instructions required to create a safe space for your to focus and practice mindfulness.
Create time to gift yourself mindfulness in your busy life. Come with a friend or by yourself to find your inner child and inner peace.

Communication & Connection Workshop: Family
Our family is our foundations. Whether or not we wish to believe it, they are our first interactions with the world and they are a part of our homes. Creating connection within a family often get overlooked because they’re always in our space and in our ears. But it is a vital skill and discussion point for our community where we are seeing more kids disconnected from their parents and parent’s who do not listen to their children as individual at all. Creating more “broken” families even when they all live together.

Communication Workshops: Marriage
Marriage can be one of our biggest milestones in life, especially in Islam.
Within the first year adjusting to a whole other person in your space is definitely not easy. Communication will be your best tool in your toolkit for marriage. It is the best tool for connection and the best tool for conflict resolution.
Understanding one another does not come naturally when we are in our heightened state (upset/angry/triggered etc.), learning about your communication style is going to be KEY in managing your interactions and understanding one another.

Mental Health For Mums
Becoming a Mum is a transformation like no other, and along with this comes the challenges that become increasingly harder to explain to everyone else.
We will be having multiple events where it will be specially for mum’s and our struggles around mental health. All the way from pregnancy to new mum, to seasoned mum challenges to be discussed. As our children grow, so do we, and we grow WITH them.

Purely Emotions - Workshops
Emotions are tricky, but nonetheless emotion are what make us human. It provides for us a moral compass, it provides us with intuition and guidance, and it provides us with innate ability to take action in an emergency. Emotions to life is colours to a canvas. They illustrate what is important what is significant and what has value. Emotions are a core concept that TherapywithFIsa focuses on, and we will be bringing out more webinars and workshops to explore emotions even further.
Within our Emotions Workshop, our “Emotions: Guide to Your Inner-Selves” deep dives into why we have emotions and why it makes us who we are. Understanding how and what our emotions communicate, is key to understanding ourselves. This workshop also covers what our emotional needs are, and how it can differ person to person. Emotional are multi-dimensional and no two of the same feeling is every exactly the same.
